What do the corporate documents that I have to sign mean? (Admins)

When onboarding your organization, you are required to sign the following forms:
Terms of Service
The Terms of Service of our banking provider which can be found here.
Privacy Agreement
The Franklin Privacy Agreement which can be found here.
Form 8655: Reporting Agent Authorization
This form authorizes a reporting agent to perform certain tax-related functions on behalf of a taxpayer. These actions include:
Signing and filing tax returns
Submitting federal tax deposits and payments electronically
Receive duplicate copies of tax information and notices
Form 2848: Power of Attorney and Declaration of Representative
This form is used to authorize representation of the taxpayer before the IRS. This allows Franklin to act on behalf of the taxpayer in matters concerning tax returns as well as receive and inspect tax information.
Direct Deposit Terms
These terms allow Franklin to send payments to workers via direct deposit by pulling funds from organization's connected bank account.
