Completing organization onboarding

After submitting the census forms, you will be invited to create your organization’s account in Franklin.

To finalize your organization profile, confirm and submit the following information:

Some of the information will be already filled in based on the organization data you provide in the onboarding data sheet.

  • First Name: First Name of Primary Business Owner

  • Last Name: Last Name of Primary Business Owner

  • Email Address: Email Address of Primary Business Owner

  • Business Name

  • Business EIN: federal employment identification number of your organization.

  • Business Address: The business Address of your organization (Street and unit combined)

  • Business City: Business Address of your organization (City)

  • Business State: Business address of your organization (State abbreviation)

  • Business Zip: Business Address of your organization (5-digit zip code)

  • Business Phone: Primary phone number of your organization

  • Account Number: Account Number of bank account

  • Routing Number: Routing Number of bank account

  • Declaration of Representative Form Terms

  • Reporting Agent Form Terms

  • Direct Deposit Form Terms
