Submitting your organization's information

As a part of your Franklin onboarding package, you receive a form which will enable us to provision your Franklin administrator account.

For U.S. employers, please be prepared with the following data points:

  • Entity name

  • Federal EIN

  • Office address

  • Mailing address (if different from office address)

  • Organization Type: C Corp, LLC, LLP, or S Corp, etc.

  • Bank Account routing & account numbers

For organizations incorporated outside of the U.S. we have a shorter form to fill out.

In addition to these organization data points, we'll also need to collect information about who the payroll administrator will be if (hint: if you're filling out this form, you are likely the payroll administrator). They include:

  • First & Last name

  • Email

  • Administrator wallet address (if you are using a multisig, this is the address that you use to sign multisig transactions)

  • Employment type (W2 or contractor)

  • Home address

  • Office address (if different than home address)
