Workforce onboarding

After the organization onboarding is completed, an Administrator can invite Workers to sign up on Franklin.
To invite workers to create their Franklin accounts:
Click on Invite Workers on the onboarding checklist.
When in the People view, click the Invite button next to the names of workers you wold like to invite.
In order for Employees to complete their onboarding process, they must:
Create their profile in Franklin
Connect and verify their wallet
Provide and confirm their personal information
Provide their ID
Review, sign, and submit Federal W-4 form
Review, sign, and submit State W-4 form
Submit their bank information
Review, sign, and submit I9 form
In order for Contractors to complete their onboarding process, they must:
Create their profile in Franklin
Connect and verify their wallet
Provide and confirm their personal information
Review, sign, and submit W-9 form (only if the contractor is based in the U.S.)
Submit their bank information
⚠ Personal information will pre-fill their legal employment paperwork. This information is used by an employer to execute payroll and by Franklin to process taxes. It is also used to populate Workers’ employment and tax documentation.
⚠ Please note that your Workers must complete onboarding, and you/your Administrator must verify their wallets in order to pay them.
To verify a worker's wallet:
When in the People view, click the Verify Wallet button next to the names of workers whose wallets you want to verify.
